2.This is a form to request a tattoo appointment. Not for consultations
3.Requests are not taken on a first come, first serve basis. All designs are considered regardless of order, but I will prioritize requests that inspire me the most and fit my style!

Unfortunately, as much as I would love to, I will not be able to take on all requests due to limited availability. If we do not get to work together this month, please don't hesitate to reach out again when booking opens!

Due to the high volume of submissions, it may take up to 2 weeks to review all submissions. I will send another newsletter once all spots are filled. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
